Podcast Manager for My Podcast

I am looking for someone to help me manage my podcast. Someone that can edit my podcast, create audiograms, post it on Anchor and overall make sure it's nice and ---------- is usually an audio podcast and simple that doesn't require a lot of edits at all times.

I will be only uploading 4-5 podcasts a month

Responsibilities:
- edit podcast
- upload to Anchor.fm
- manage podcast's Instagram
- Schedule podcast
