Position: Accounts Manager
Work Remotely: Yes | Rate: $500 - $750
We are aggressively expanding and there is LOTS of room for GROWTH!
Working Hours: Mondays through Fridays 11:00 pm to 9:00 am Philippine Time

JOB PURPOSE: The Accounts Manager position is primarily responsible for the retention and relationships of their assigned clients and up-selling the products in efforts to maximize revenue streams across their client ---------- SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Key responsibilities:
Cultivate The SUPERIOR FITNESS culture
Grow membership enrollment sales through community relations, networking, and business to business operations.
Maintain a high level of member engagement by being present and connecting in our center with members.
Foster member retention through team/ class building and knowledge of the importance of working out.
Retain a strong social media presence utilizing stories on Instagram, daily posts in Facebook groups, constant contact email server, and ads pages on social ---------- fortable with leveraging social media to achieve business goals
Attend regular Accountability meetings
Deliver new ideas to monthly management meetings, and implement the ones already in place.
Identify areas of growth on-site for future development.

Qualifications:
Management experience of both people and processes
Inclined to fitness
Ability to delegate and work alongside team ---------- mbership retention experience
Skill at hiring, and coaching talent
Proven relationship-building skills
