Wordpress site builder

Hello,
I need a smart wordpress developer to assist me in many sites. I am a Realtor and going to be using them to rank in seo as well as Google My Business. I will be using mainly templates so I dont know if I will be need any designers.

*Must be fluent with Elementor
*Have full understanding of front and back site planning
*How to put in meta tags, keywords, etc.
*How to hook in an IDX links
*Able to create responsive sites.
*Each site will have 5-8 pages
