We are looking for experienced customer service reps to handle the following:
- phone calls
- live chat
- supplier/vendor relations
- order entry
- backorder management
- follow up sales calls
- closing sales
- solution selling
- finding alternative products for people if the product they're looking for is out of stock
- processing shipping tracking information
- dealing with freight companies to ensure smooth delivery
- up selling accessories or services after the sale to the customer
- updating product descriptions if something is off
- managing our social media accounts for communication with customers or leads
- maintaining a positive helpful attitude
- fast learner
- team player
- great communication skills
- speak English fluently
