Talent Acquisition Specialist

We need a resourceful and goal-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in full-cycle recruitment to join our team!

The perfect candidate must know how to perform the following duties:

Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions in different industries
Identify candidates with potential and effectively match them with the right company
Must be confident in speaking with company contacts in order to determine selection criteria and source qualified candidates for the opening
Must be able to assist the Business Development expert in sourcing leads
Foster and maintain good business relationships with the companies, past and potential candidates
Must also have the following:

At least 1 year or more prior work experience in a similar if not the same capacity in Recruitment
Previous experience and extensive knowledge mainly in IT placements
Available for a full-time long term position
Able to work on a Day Shift since this is an Australian Company
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
