Customer Support Specialist

If you are a positive, growth-oriented and diligent person, this is the position for you. We are a growing online distributor of equipment looking for a reliable and trustworthy Customer Support Specialist.

Hours: 10AM to 6PM EST. (USA HOURA ONLY)

Responsibilities:

• Processing Daily Orders

• Following Up with Tracking Numbers

• Placing POs and Dealing with Vendors Professionally

• Answering Customer Inquiries via Phone, Live Chat and Email

Requirements:

• Strong Internet connection- PHONE SUPPORT A MUST

• Ability to communicate with vendors AND with customers

• Shopify experience

• We use Gorgias, but background in any helpdesk software is preferred

• Positive and growing mindset
