We're hiring a full-time Admin Assistant (RTM) for our CALIFORNIA boutique real estate office. MUST HAVE MIN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in VA work already - emphasis on Real Estate VA work. We will advise you on all other components of the job which may be similar to what you've done in the past, or, might be brand new. Basically put: We need you to be a Rockstar VA and we coach and teach ALL the rest :)
+Looking for someone who has experience with Chime CRM, SISU, MS Office and other similar platforms professionally / as well as / Office 365 (email), Zoom, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc. for communicating with our team, other parties to the transaction as well as our clients.
Our company is experienced in working with VA's and we are looking to add 1 or 2 more.

HERE'S AN OUTLINE OF THE ROLE!

ADMIN ASSISTANT + CLIENT-CARE REMOTE TEA ---------- MBER. Needs we are hiring for:
o Interpersonal Skills
o Quick learner
o Own a newer, faster, reliable computer & high-speed internet connection
o Organizational Skills: Able to work quickly on things that come in during the day, while remain focused on long-term projects and tasks.
o Time Management
o Continuously keep the Brand in mind
o Create/Manage Follow-Up Plans with Cold Prospects
o Send texts w/ WhatsApp
o Able to Multi-task
o Tech confident - will be consistently working with 10-20+ websites including subscription based sites like CRM's, etc
o Monitor email and manage needs while boss is out of town
o Applicant must be very detail-oriented, quick learner and a very good English communicator / both spoken and written.
o Only apply if you will be doing 100% of the work! Do not apply if you are planning on delegating any of these tasks to someone else & no agencies! This is non-negotiable.
o Remind boss of any calls/appointments coming up
o Help schedule & coordinate multiple 3rd parties for upcoming listings and wind down services after the sale
o Send weekly progress updates to all interested tea ---------- mbers, 3 parties and clients
o Etc (we have a full outline of the job's duties, but this should give you the overall idea).

+Must be comfortable and confident working US Business hours (PST)
+Must be available continuously during your shift
