Creative Designer (Image & Video editor) for Shopify Store

Hi there!

Are you an expert at Photoshop and/or Canva? Do you like editing videos? This could be the job for you!

My name is Justin and I am the owner of a successful eCommerce brand (1.5 years active, and hopefully for many more year to come). As most of my sales are made from Facebook ads, I need a continuous flow of new creatives (images and videos) to be used as ads. Up until now, I have been doing all this myself, but I no longer have the time to do this (as working in Photoshop and editing videos can be very time consuming). Many times I see an ad online that I want to copy the style of for my product/store, but I never have the time to do it.

This is where you come in - I want to pass these ideas I have onto you, and for you to create them for me. And after having a better understanding of my business, I expect you to come up with your own ideas too!

But there's one more main responsibility I'm looking for from this position. Content (such as my product with a real human) doesn't get created on their own - I need to get people (influencers) to make the content. So your role will be to find influencers that have the right audience for my product, contact them, and get them to post with my product (and for them to bring in sales). You'll be using the content they create as well. I'll be honest, influencer marketing is something I have never tried, so if you have experience with this it'll be a huge bonus; if you don't have experience, we'll learn together :)

Other basic VA tasks (for example: copy pasting stuff from one page to another) will also be requested.

This is what I am looking for:
- Strong Photoshop and/or Canva skills
- Experience with some video editing software - not expecting you to be an expert at this but have a basic command of it to make basic videos
- Very good written English skills (I'm looking for the C2 certification)
- Full-time availability (work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day)

1 - Tell me about your experience with Photoshop or Canva (or any other photo editing software you use) and the type of clients/gigs you have had. Have you ever created marketing material such as Facebook/Google ads? Please show me your portfolio.
2 - In which video editing software do you have experience? Please show me examples of videos you have made.
3 - What is your current job situation? Do you have another job or obligation?
