Architect / Architectural Technician / Architectural Designer

We are looking for a Architect / Architectural Technician / Architectural Designer
to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are a growing company who specialise in Architectural Design and Construction. Our projects range from small residential projects to larger developments working with Developers. The role will primarily focus on residential developments and will include management of workflow, drawing up surveys, producing AutoCAD drawings, technical details and associated Upgrade to see actual info addition work on larger projects may require assistance with 3D sketch models using Sketchup and production of proposal and documentation using Indesign.

Ideally applicants will meet these criteria:

? Degree Qualification preferred (Architecture / Architectural Technology / Architectural Design & Engineering)
? Ideally between 2-6 Years post-qualification experience
? Excellent Technical capabilities
? Practical AutoCAD Architecture experience (3D experience). Demonstrable in a portfolio.
? Previous experience working on Residential projects with a basic understanding of Building Regulations
Good communication skills are essential. Both Written and verbal.
Experience of UK construction methods and building regulations
Have their own computer and software to get started straight away.
