SEO/Digital Marketing

I have just built the following website:

I now need someone to help get the SEO on point.

Also someone with digital marketing experience and Social media marketing experience.

If you are just using an auto-reply for jobs, you won't get the job. I want to get my opportunities advertised as far and as wide as possible but at the same time targeting the right audiance. To that end subject line of your reply should say world domination.

Also, tell me how you would go about marketing not only my website but also the two business that it covers?
What approach would you take towards social media marketing?
