Looking for: Bilingual Customer Success Trainers - Remote
• English-Spanish Trainer
• English-French Trainer

Roles:
• Deliver and facilitate outstanding remote training sessions to our clients
• Responsible for ensuring our clients are fully trained on our software to obtain platform success and achieve client's goals
• Help plan and execute training logistics if needed
• Actively contribute ideas about and improvements to the platform based on client feedback

Qualifications:
• Fluent in both English & Spanish / English & French (written and verbal)
• With software/SaaS experience is preferred
• With at least 2 years of experience as a trainer for international clients
• Has strong interpersonal skills, confidence using technology, and a quick learning curve
• Can work during New York business hours for English-Spanish Trainer, Israel business hours for English-French Trainer
• Must have a main internet connection (at least 20mbps) and a backup connection
• Must have a quiet work from home set up
