(*LONG TERM PROJECT*) Sales Manager/General Manager Needed For Video Editing Agency

This is an incredibly exciting job opportunity for someone in Phillipines who works remotely who wants to manage a team of 10-20 people, manage the start to finish process of capturing new for our video editing agency, managing our team to make sure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and that the client is not just happy, but extraordinarily happy, while getting paid deservingly on a base salary plus a salary of $600 USD and on a sales-based bonus on top of this, applications will end on the 10th of April at 9pm.

I have a video editing agency, we currently have a team of 20 editors, and we are rapidly growing, we need to hire 2 new full-time managers, I will be honest... this position is high stress, high responsibility, high trust and I have high expectations for the lucky person who we will offer this opportunity to, to take it and do exceedingly well in it.

We need somebody who can work full-time, 6 days per week, to capture new leads, once that sale is made, follow up with the communication, manage all revisions/messages with the client, upload it to Trello so the team can do the work that they have to do, be incredibly strict with our team so that when we say a task needs to be done, the team does it, this job is not for a soft type of person, it requires working closely with our team so that they get the work that they need to be done in a timely manner and meet the requirements that they need to meet.

You will be working in 8 hour blocks, 6 days per week, managing the orders and the work that needs to be done.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to orders received and upload orders information to Trello
- Distribute orders to team members for processing
- Send order deliveries to customers once finished by the assigned video editor
- Respond to customer inquiries/support in a quick, responsive, and timely manner
- Coordinate with the video editor any revision as needed by the customer
- Manage and lead the team to ensure delivery of orders are met with utmost urgency

Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of project management experience, (preferably from a service (video editing) agency
- Coming from a sales background
- Live in Inner Clark City, and once our office is open, be able to work there fulltime.
- Knowledgable of using Trello or other project management tools
- With good customer service skills
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast driven agency
- Able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- A great team player and with good leadership skills
- Proactive, efficient, and a fast worker
- Should have a backup internet connection in case of power outages (for the next 1-2 months, then we will move to the office in Clark City)
