Social Media Assistant,

We are a Professional services Company in Canada looking for an experienced and very talented Social Media Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, ensuring that the brand design of posts on the social media accounts of the company are consistent with the Brand Guide of the company and also ensure that posts are consistently and regularly created and posted daily on the Company’s Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter Accounts.

We are a professional advisory company so we are only looking for a very creative and skilled individual who is proactive in approach. The Candidate will also be responsible for social media image editing/creation. Good all-round knowledge of editing on powerpoint and Canva is essential. You will be working with a global team so a good knowledge of written and spoken English is very important.
Some of the things that you can expect to do include:

SOCIAL MEDIA (INSTAGRAM / FB)
Creating Instagram posters, posts & snippet videos
Writing Instagram captions
Scheduling Instagram posts
Responding to Instagram messages and enquiries

YOUTUBE CHANNEL
Create Youtube Thumbnails
Writing Youtube title / descriptions / tags - Prepare for upload
Edit videos for Youtube channel


EMAIL
Check email and help customers that need help. Process refunds (We will teach you step by step)
Following up with clients who have indicated interest in our services and programs (We will teach you step by step)
BLOG / PINTEREST
Transcribing my Youtube videos to get transcript
Optimize SEO
Use Canva or a similar tool to create simple Pinterest pins
