VA for telemarketing and webinar promotion

I am needing someone who can call and/or email business owners in my target niches in the southeastern U.S. and invite them to a free webinar, then follow up with webinar attendees and invite them to schedule a free consultation with me on my online calendar. You would also be doing Linkedin messaging to my target niches to promote the webinar and invite people to register, and mining Linkedin for possible joint venture partners that do B2B with my target niches and have large email lists that I could promote my webinar to.
