We are looking for a part/full time employee to take on the responsibilities of the accounting position. This includes working with Quickbooks Online, BuilderTrend (construction management software), accounts payable, accounts receivable, making sure our clients are invoiced accurately and on time, paying our subcontractors and vendors accurately and on time, reconciling our bank accounts on a regular basis, running financial statements multiple times a week so we can make decisions about the business quickly.

We are a construction company, design firm, and real estate brokerage in ---------- is crucial that you understand and are able to use quickbooks immediately. We will train in using our project management software, Buildertrend).

Expectations include daily updates on work completed and any questions you have. We are looking for someone who can use past experience to help develop systems and processes for our company. This will be a developing role and you will be participating in creating the roles and responsibilities document for your position.

The BuilderTrend software is a big part of this role. You will be given time to learn the system and make your way through the training courses.

We are willing to train on the job but we need someone who has the accounting skills to bring value and help us develop systems and processes for our rapidly growing company.
