Python Programmer

I need to hire 2 python developers with basic knowledge of the stock market. The developer does not need to have worked in the past on a related project to the stock market, but must know what a pnl is, the different market orders and how to place an order. Must know how to :
- design a panel
- work with an API
- At least 3 years of experience
