JOB OVERVIEW

Hi There
We are rapidly growing online retailer selling on Amazon, shopify and eBay and are looking for a virtual assistant to help us with all aspects of the business, in particular helping us manage our Amazon PPC campaigns and amazon seller central.

The position offers a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in the role and eventually take up a management position leading a team.

The ideal candidate will experience in the following areas -
Amazon Seller Central -
Strong Amazon seller central experience including:
- Amazon PPC experience is essential
- Finding and contacting negative reviewers
- Contacting those that have left good seller feedback to ask for a product review
- Experience in producing SOPs
- Raising and chasing cases
- uploading A+ content

Desirable experience that would be a distinct advantage -
- eBay experience including removing defects and liaising with seller support
- social media promotion: including Instagram,??twitter and??facebook, knowledge and experience of pintrest would be an advantage
- SEO experience including link building and partnerships
- Content creation eg blog posts
- shopify
- mailchimp
- manychat
- graphic design experience would be really useful!
- Experience using task management software such as clickup would be an advantage
