Remote Sales Assistant

Gelatissimo, Australia's largest gelato chain, is looking for a full-time remote sales assistant for our wholesale division. We’re a small fun team based in Sydney (great working hours) and you’ll immediately feel part of our family.

Key responsibilities include:
• Customer support (first point of contact to resolve any issues)
• Liaising with operations to address issues
• Daily outbound calls to obtain existing customer orders
• Sales order data entry
• Marketing support (email newsletters, social media, automation etc)
• Cold-calling of grocers and cafés/restaurants across Australia
• CRM system administration (HubSpot)
• Ad-hoc virtual assistant support

Ideal requirements:
• Fluent verbal and written English
• 4+ years sales and customer service experience
• Experience in B2B selling of consumer products
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with CRM software
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. email templates, automation)
• High-speed and stable internet connection
• Bachelor’s degree
