General VA with Great English and communication

We operate an Ecommerce company dealing in both B2C and B2B product sales.

We are seeking a Rockstar VA to assist in a number of areas in our business. Some of these areas include
-Basic Email Response/Live chat - phone chat may be required
-Commercial customer research and contact - reach out to electrical contractors to set up contractor accounts
-Order/Shipping Updates
-Market/Influencer research and reach out
-Basic Social media management


Must Haves

*Very Good English both speaking and written
*Good Internet Connection and Computer
*Ability work work variable hours based on business needs
*Time Management software
*Minimum 12 month experience

Would be Assets
*Deep Social Media or Marketing understanding
*Email Marketing knowledge
*Graphic design skills
*Blog or Sales Copy Writing experience
*Freelancer management experience
*Shopify store Development


Technical Requirements:
**Personal Unit (Laptop) w/ at least 4GB Ram Storage
**Reliable ISP (at least 5 Mbps)
**Working web camera
