Web Developer for a Shipping Website

Web Developer.

• We will provide the domain name, hosting, template for the website.
• This will be a Logistics Wordpress website (shipping price comparison site).

Main goals:
• Develop a shipping calculator website (similar to DHL, Fedex).
• This website will compare prices between DHL, Fedex and UPS to make things easier for the customer.
• The website will be sync to DHL, Fedex or UPS so the customer can ship directly from our website instead of the shipping carriers.
• It is important to make a fast website. We will test the speed scores on GTmetrix and Google Insight Speed Test.
• Make a bechmarking of the best shipping websites and take the best to make it VERY USER FRIENDLY.
• If you face a difficult problem while developing the website we will hire a freelancer to help out.
• Working hours: 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
• Internship duration: 3 months (it could be extended up to 6 months).
• You will receive a Certificate at the end of the Internship.

Requirements
• Programming skills and knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with some of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• BS in computer science or a related field
