YOUTUBE/SEO MANAGEMENT

We are looking for someone to manage a Youtube channel

Requirements:
Fill out the SEO Titles, Descriptions & Tags
Off Page SEO Social media linking & posting on other platforms
Responding to comments and inbox
Do outreach sales
Playing around with thumbnails (however you don't have to design them) We have designers but you can look at the analytics and AB split tests to see which ones convert better
We are looking for someone logical who can make decisions based on data, look at views, numbers in the analytics section.
Someone also good with spreadsheets that can follow a plan of action steps.
We need someone who can write descriptions based on tags also. If you see a keyword, you need to be able to form a sentence from it for the SEO description.

You need to be natural at writing descriptions - and comments. If you have past customer service experience that would help a lot. Also, if you have any include to data analytics or have an analytical mind that would also help!
