Junior SEO Wanted For Full Time Work

We are a growing digital agency based in the UK with a growing remote workforce, we mainly focus on SEO and web design, with the possibility of opening up a performance marketing section in the future.

Here are the some of the tasks you will handle as a junior:

Set Up Client Accounts:
- Google Search Console (install and set-up)
- Google Analytics (install and set-up)
- Including set-up of dashboard: goals and reports
- Google Tag Manager (install and set-up)
- SEO Plugin (RankMath or Yoast SEO)
- Oviond Reporting Set-Up

On-page SEO
- Internal linking (to strengthen silos)
- H-Tag Optimisation
- Image Optimisation
- Social Meta Optimisation (Opengraph etc)

Off-page SEO
- Handling Directory Listing Set-up & Reports
- Backlink research

Sales
- Proposal building
- Email handling

Work Hours (Filipino Time):
- 10am to 1pm - Work
- 1pm to 2pm - Lunch
- 2pm to 7pm - Work

Tools you will have access to:
- Oviond, reporting software
- Google Workspace, productivity
- Asana, productivity
- AhRefs, SEO software
- Slack, communication software
- Wordpress, CMS

Admin Details

Start Date: 14th May 2021
Probation - 14th May - 14th August
Probation Pay - 30,000 PHP
Full Time Pay - 35,000 PHP

10 days paid leave including Philippines Working Holidays (you will choose dates here: ---------- )
Hours deducted for blackouts / computer malfunctions

Promotion Pathway:
- Every quarter there is a performance review
- Every 6 months there is an opportunity for promotion (inc. 5-10% pay rise)

Payment is paid at the end on the 30th of every month, through ---------- voice will have to be sent 1 week prior.
