JOB OVERVIEW

GreenTea Games is a growing Mobile Games Studio based in Sunderland, UK. The team is made up of Artists, Designers, Develope.rs and Testers of popular games downloaded by 150+ million players in most countries around the world.

Your goal as a game designer is to create fun, quality and interactive games for girls ages 3 to 8.

This starts by developing a successful game concept: game idea, storyline and level layout. You will be in charge of getting the game completely ready for publishing.

Responsibilities

Management of game production from game idea to the final game. This includes:
Developing the game concept, defining the main characters and game monetization.
Creating a detailed game storyboard, Improving gameplay, deciding on animations and sounds.
Managing the production of graphic assets (game graphics, game icon, screenshots, promo images, etc.), description and promo video for the app stores.
Game testing and fixing game ---------- sign and management of more than one game production at a time.
Team work with artists and developers. This includes providing game artists with necessary help and support, motivation and guidance in order to create a quality game.
Giving support and feedback on other games made by other artists.
Requirements:

2+ years experience working in a game design role
2+ published titles
Understanding of Unity
Experience designing games for children (advantageous)
Understanding of great game graphics and animations
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Strong passion for playing and creating games
