ABOUT THE POSITION:

Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook Ad campaigns
Understand funnels and digital marketing strategies for all client campaigns
Do audience research, audience building, and ad creation
Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions regularly
Manage social performance reporting process, communicating results as needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Maintain a positive ROI for client accounts.
Confidently provide client support
Communication with team members is clear, effective, and concise.
Solid experience on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Adwords
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and ads optimisation
Strong knowledge of Ecommerce ads and A/B testing
Ability to have a big picture view while executing and managing details
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mine data to inform decisions
Prefer working with a fast-paced agency, where we’re always testing, and data is king
Very organized and loves utilizing project management tools
Must be flexible with weekly schedule, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple priorities
Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time.


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
We pay bonuses for great work
We pay 13th Month Bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
