Virtual Assistant - Copy Writing and Digital Marketing

Our Digital Agency located in Sydney Australia is looking for a virtual assistant with a passion in Digital Marketing. The role is dynamic with a lot of opportunities to learn highly sought after skills. Full training will be provided to the right candidate from some of the country's best Digital Marketing experts. The role requires excellent copy writing skills (both creative and business), creative thinking and some analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Execute all outbound digital marketing campaigns that generates leads and registrations, including both push and pull activities.
- Maintain and develop marketing content for multiple websites, including blog articles mini ebooks and copy writing for the site, Work in collaboration with the greater marketing team to create thought leading collateral for use in EDM's, forums, white papers and blogs to help drive traffic and leads
- Utilizing marketing automation program to write emails to customers (no coding required)
- Developing advertising content for Social media and Google.
- Some graphics creation using Photoshop and Canva.
- Developing social media content and managing multiple social media pages
- Keyword research for SEM
- Track and report online marketing activities against results and budgets
- Administrative office support

Essential Skills Requirements:

- Excellent written English
- Basic Photoshops skills
- Wordpress experience
- Social Media Marketing
- Some understanding of Google adwords
- Data Entry
- Office Admin
- Email management and support
- Customer support

Desirable Requirements:

- Digital agency experience
- HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT understanding
- Experience setting up and maintaining marketing automation softwares
