We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to work Full Time or Part Time to lead our paid lead generation and retargeting campaigns in Google Ads, Bing,
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Collaborates with the Sales Team to determine campaign objectives and/or goals to generate leads. This role will have ownership of marketing campaigns from implementation to reporting.
Manages, schedules and optimizes campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,
Leads the optimization and delivery on marketing KPIs as defined by the campaign goals
Performs analyses of specific marketing initiatives and prepares reports to interpret results and refine strategy as needed. For example, the Digital Marketing Specialist must assess campaign and promotion performance, identify consumer behaviour, and manage cost per acquisition targets
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
Works with partner platforms to secure campaign reporting
Creates a monthly performance report to present to the Product Marketing and Social Teams and articulate performance highlights and key findings
Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas inside and outside of the Marketing team, including but not limited to Customer Acquisition and Retention (CAR), Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, and Engineering departments to execute specific marketing plans
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media.
Proven track record of generating leads from a competitive industry to maintain over 25% of leads to sales conversion.
Experience in Google Ads, Google
Implementing Lead generation Landing Pages, A/B Testing, Marketing Automation.
Ability to perform autonomously and effective communication with others in Sales & Marketing to achieve common goals of the company
