Lead generation Expert

Are you a driven, ambitious team member who has excellent lead generation skills and great written English? If so, keep reading...

You will be doing a number of things:

1. Find prospect companies who are qualified and a good fit for our services. (Example: I would ask you to find Landscaping companies on Linkedin)

2. Contact these prospect companies through channels such as Facebook, email, and Linkedin using templates that I’ll provide.

3. Follow up with these companies to encourage them to book a call with me. This is where having strong written English and good conversational English is very important

4. Handle administrative responsibilities

5. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may have to lead a team of virtual employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

NICE TO HAVES from your past experiences (Not mandatory since I will give you the training you need, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
Ideally have experience working with an agency environment already (ie. another agency that does lead generation, Youtube, Facebook or paid ads)
Background knowledge of Facebook and/or paid marketing

Here is the hours and compensation:

You would be working full-time (15-20 hours per week). Your hours will be flexible as long as you complete the tasks, but I would need you to be available from 6am-2pm Vancouver Western time (that’s 9pm-1am in the Philippines) for meetings and to contact the leads during business hours.

This job will start off at $3 USD/Hour (~php $150/hour), but there is a LOT of room to grow. The person for this role would be making $4-5 USD 6-9 months from now, and possibly even $7-8 USD 1-2 years from now.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company. This also gives you opportunities to grow in leadership roles in my company overtime. For example, if you perform well you can be promoted to more leadership roles in my company, oversee team members, and eventually you can even become second in command for my company.
