Google Ads & Youtube Ads Manager

We are looking for an Google AdWords & Youtube ads management specialist that can work directly with our Google Ads Manager with handling all of our growing company's accounts - we are a digital marketing agency that specializes in working with Roofing Companies in the USA.

PREREQUISITES :
- Knowledgable/familiar with running local Google AdWords campaigns & remarketing campaigns (Bonus if you have worked in the roofing industry before)
- Attention to detail and following directions is the most critical thing we are looking for in a candidate - one wrong move in this industry can affect our client's budgets and outcome. You must be able to train with our PPC manager and learn the concepts that are presented
- Fluent in English with understanding of proper grammar rules

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Can work as a team with our Google Ads manager in the Philippines - follow directions, pay attention to details and learn our processes
- Use problem solving to figure out issues with poor performing accounts
- Willing to learn and test to find the best answers to issues
- We are working towards moving a lot of our campaigns toward AI based campaigns, you must be ready and willing to make the switch over the next year

TIME
- Dedicated full time 40 hour per week position working with our team

BASE PAY
Starting PHP 50000 + bonuses
Base pay potential to grow as our account numbers grow

Will need to be available for team meetings some days at 9am CST. You will also work during the same hours as your department manager who is also in the Philippines - with the balance of rest of hours worked on your own schedule.
