Job Title: Executive Secretary
Monthly Salary
- Php. 25-30,000 depending on skills and experience
- Chance to bump up salary after every performance reviews

Work Schedule ( Available immediately)
- Monday – Friday
- 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM Manila time
Job Requirement
1. At least 25 years old
2. Brilliant communication skills. (well versed in both spoken & written English)
3. Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
4. In depth knowledge of office management and technical vocabulary of the industry
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5. In possession of a personal computer or laptop and a noise-cancelling headset with a microphone
6. Internet connection with a minimum speed of 7 Mbps
7. BPO & CRM Experience is a plus
8. Detail-oriented - this role requires someone to be keen even with the slightest detail to ensure accuracy and precision of data/information
9. A graduate of a communications related degree such as BA major in English or Bachelors in Mass Communications
Responsibilities (some of these)
1. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
2. Proof reading, drafting documents, sending invites, events planning, coordination & meeting set up etc
3. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence such as e-mail, letters, etc.
4. With great time-management and multitasking abilities
5. Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
5. Answer and screen calls, and respond to
6. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
7. Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
8. and all other Admin related responsibilities that are applicable
