List Builder/Lead Generation Manager

As a Konsyg List Builder/ Lead Generation Manager, you will be helping us to generate new prospects and you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to work in an international sales environment focusing on tech sales.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to hit targets and grow accounts and achieve operational excellence. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues our clients, as well as our internal teams, may face. This candidate should have experience in Outbound Lead Generation or a similar Business Development role.

Responsibilities
Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
Excellent command over the spreadsheet and excel handling
Responsible for developing new business via email and social media platforms
Responsible for conducting research to identify potential prospects.
Researching about new and potential prospects
Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information.
Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle and produce reports to show productivity

Requirements
2- 5 years experience in generating leads/prospects
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Team Player and hunger for sales/lead generation.
High attention to detail
Hands-on experience in lead generating tools like Apollo., Sales Navigator, Snov.
Experience in handling spreadsheets and G-suite applications.
Ability to think-outside-of-the-box in terms of communication method
Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
