JOB OVERVIEW

MUST HAVE iGAMING / CASINO EXPERIENCE

We are expanding out outsourcing for Customer Support, and we are in the look out for excellent problem solvers to take inbound chat requests.

Experience of Bonuses / Payment issues & Great at problem solving.

This role is for an established online casino operating in many countries around the world.

For this role you must have experience of Bonuses / Payment issues preferred experience working in iGaming (Casino).

Should be able to start work with little training as you should have existing experience.

Must have own Computer/Laptop.

Our time zone is Europe.

English is a must, additional languages a bonus.

1 Week trial period where you get to know us and we can see the quality of your work and client satisfaction, you will be paid for the week if you are not kept on.

Wage for the right candidates is $300 per month.

This is 24 hours a day operation, so there will be various shifts to be filled.

8am-4pm

4pm-Midnight

Midnight-8am

Working hours are 8 hour shift patterns with a total 174 hours per month.
