Web Application Specialist

Hi! I need some one who can add features on our existing web application (it's a floor plan archives) and the developer used PHP as the programming language, Laravel for the backend framework and Vue for the Front End framework. The developer is not capable of adding this feature that's why I need to search for another one. Please follow this link for the feature we want to add ---------- video for online app.mp4?dl=0 This kind of flow is created through AutoCad Lisp Code Programming but we don't wanna use autocad on web and Lisp is not possible.. we want it as simple as possible. You can use your own method to achieve the code generating feature like the sample created. If you need more details, I can provide more and discuss about it. The main purpose is to have our floor plan or bubble map imported and be coded automatically inside our system or app. The interface is not that essential but you can rely on this document ---------- .. The floor plan app access is also there.
