***Job Purpose***

The Creative Director is responsible for bringing our clients new website projects to life - everything from designing the user experience to crafting the visual concept or style. The Creative Director must be artistically talented and also must be able to communicate in a way that convinces stakeholders that their creative ideas can drive business objectives. Since you bring the client’s ideas to life, you must also be able to interpret the client’s vision and craft many iterations of an idea throughout the creative process.

The Creative Director will be decisive, socially and culturally aware, and have a deep understanding of marketing.

***Job Duties and Responsibilities***

• Actively participate in zoom strategy sessions with clients
• Contribute creatively towards client briefs
• Suggest visual concepts
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Create Flat UI Elements
• Create high quality webpage mockups
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Use your marketing knowledge to develop sentences of written copy for headlines, call to actions, which will assist the design.
• Provide source material to the Development Team
• Regularly provide progress reports to the Digital Strategist.
• High Level Meetings with the company managers


***Knowledge, Skills and Abilities***

In order to do this job well, you’ll need to be natural problem solver, analytically minded, and a proficient communicator in both written and spoken ---------- addition, knowledge in the following areas will help but is not vital.

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines


***Working Conditions***

We are based in Australia and many of our team are in the Phillipines. We work between 7am-3pm PH time and our tools of choice are Zoom, Slack and Trello.

We do believe that family comes first and public holidays should be spent with them. We also believe that our team does its best work when they are not stressed and they feel respected and supported.

We do not believe in time tracking or screen capture tools.

We think it's important to mention that you will be mentored and supported as you grow into the role which is a long term / full time position.
