System developer

I need someone who can (re-)search, setup and run a similar system as ---------- . Then maintain it to make sure its compliance with Australia gvt's regulations. I will be part of the team.

1- This system allows each group to match:1/ demanders (elderly people who still wish to live independently at home but can only do (very) limited tasks around their home, rather than going to a nursing home) and 2/ suppliers, namely independent, individual 'service providers' who can provide any category of tasks requested by demanders who are funded by the Australian government under a " ---------- ", categorised into different categories of needs (called 'Home Care Package' Level 1-Level 4).

2- ---------- is a privately-owned platform who can achieve the above and I wish to create a similar system with SEO, SSE etc to be found by demanders (and their younger family members).

3- A simple youtube animated video about the simple system should also be created and to be found by online searchers.
You will be paid well if you know how to do the above around 30 days including testing however we are not looking for those who will be learning along the job as timeframe of different stages will be monitored.

4- A percentage reward will be considered for efficient worker(s).
