JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a developer to build some websites for us. I believe we want to use either Drupal or Joomla.
So I am looking for a developer who is well experienced in either Drupal or Joomla. You will need to be able to setup a site from scratch, understand the requirements of the site, and research the modules to use to get the results we need, implement and configure the modules, and most important, if the modules need to be customized via modifying the code (php or whatever is needed) then you'll need to be able to do that as well.

One project will be to build a book review site which will incorporate book images, descriptions, authors, and reviews. It will also need to be able to pull this data in automatically via amazon's api, and/or goodreads api, or another book review site. The users will be able to log in and review books, and mark books as read, and search for books, etc.

The other project is a task list kind of a site, with three types of users (project manager, contractor, and customer). The different users will see various aspects of each task in a different view. Some aspects of this site will have to include uploading images via a mobile app (the mobile app will be created by a different developer) - but it will need to be able to interact with the site. There will be calendaring aspects, and the ability for scheduling, and tasks being moved around on the schedule, and for the customer to be able to upload images and or complaints that go back to the contractor and project manager. One cool feature I'd like to add is the ability to use google maps to grab a satelite image of the property, then use that image to draw a circle or X on to mark locations on the property for items discussed on a particular note.
This site will be a paid subscription site, so we will need to be able to setup features needed for the payment of subscriptions, and auto emails to users if their subscription isn't paid, etc.

So, if you feel you have the skills to build these types of sites please reply.

Thanks,
Tyler
