I am looking for a graphic designer/artist to join my team and work part-time, 20hrs/week, at my new C2C crochet website. Even though we are a crochet business, no crochet knowledge is required for you to do your job.

We require someone who can process our images into pixelated designs for use as c2c crochet patterns. Here is an example of what I mean, we made it with the help of Photoshop and StitchFiddle (StitchFiddle is a basic online design service for graphs, we will provide you with training for it)

We will provide the images, you will not need to draw them. You will need to manipulate them, change colors and transform them into c2c graphs. Some of the designs will have to be adjusted to have thicker outlines, no shading, certain colors etc. We will usually provide either a PNG or Photoshop file.


Also, Canva work will be needed to create the Pinterest posters for the designs, shop photos, and Instagram photos (you will use the same Canva templates provided by us, also mockups, just change the title and photos, adjust them slightly if needed).

You will join our team and work under my Senior VA who will guide you and show you around the programs and software we use. Here is a list of them

- Canva (for posters and social media images)
- stitch fiddle (for pixelating images)
- photoshop (for manipulating images)
- ClickUp (for task tracking, content calendar and deadlines)
- timeproof (for time tracking)


Requirements
- you must have and know how to use Photoshop or similar software (we will not provide training on that)
- Home office (not working from coffee shops, malls, or anything like that)
- a good, fast computer that is not shared
- high-speed unlimited internet connection
- skype (we are a close team and communicate multiple times per week by either chat or sharing screens for training or discussing issues or deadlines)
- good spoken & written English (although most of the communication will be with my Filipino Senior VA, you need to be able to communicate with me as well)

We offer:
- $150/month for 20 hours/week
- you can work on your own time and days, this job is flexible
- paid holidays (Christmas, Easter etc)
- end year bonuses
- 1 day off earned every 2 months you work for us (1 paid vacation week per year)

We required:
- 5 designs per week with the related documentation
- the related posters and promo images and videos for each design
