Virtual Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a Virtual Guest Service Agent with friendly voice and professional attitude to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver Guest Positive Experience from inquiry to check-out.
• Help guests with their questions and concerns before, during and after their stays.
• Work with Sales Manager to generate more bookings.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of hotel/resort front desk experience
• Sufficient computer and network skills to connect to our cloud-based system and software remotely
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English

Requirements:
• Graduated from a university
• Have solid knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas or willing to learn
• Have high speed internet and reliable computer
• Must be fluent in English
