VA / Project coordinator

We are a drop shipping company with 20 employee and we are looking for a full time virtual assistant for working with the top management on daily tasks:

- Verifying Shopify products pages

- Verifying that the facebook campaigns are lunched

- Reporting Facebook data to top management and other partners

- Communicating with the various team members and reporting to the top management

- Contacting media agencies

- Creating SOPs and organising the work flow between the different members
