Web Developer, WordPress and PSD to HTML conversion Needed

We are looking for a developer specializing in creating Wordpress as a CMS.

The developer needs to have experience working with the following:

HTML, PHP, CSS, Photoshop, JAVA SCRIPT MySQL and JQUERY

We will provide the following:

1) layered photoshop files
2) A detailed spec document with description of functionality and interaction
3) A site map
4) Wire frames and base CSS style documentation

We expect you to provide us with a valid W3C HTML markup with cross browser and mobile compatibility.

Expected deliverable of each assignment includes:

1) A fully functional website populated with client provided content.
2) Full installation of WP software and database configuration on client server.
3) Complete backup of the final site build.
4) All original HTML source files (pre-PHP - database configuration)
5) Sliced Photoshop documents.
6) User manual for client with specific directions on how to update site content.
