Graphic Designer (Bahrain)

Roles & Responsibilities

Adopting our project workflows and processes for the creative team
Reporting on project progress and meeting deadlines
Preparing designs and artwork for print production
Generating creative concepts for storyboards, visual identity, advertising, stationery and packaging
Learning and updating your skill sets (you will be given time to do this)
Training younger and less experienced team members and learning from older ones.
Enhancing your skill-set based on market needs and requirements
Shared responsibilities in maintaining a clean workspace (Everyone in the team does dishes)
We require that any team member works from our office in Bahrain

Additional information:

At Vibe we provide profit share for our team for projects they work on. We believe that as the company grows, so too should the team and how well they are doing.

We charge our clients on estimated project hour, and we have an hourly rate. Of this hourly rate, the team member assigned to complete the task is entitled for a % of what we charge per project hour.

Example:

We charge a client 10$/hour for a 10 hour job = 100$

A team member with a 10% profit share would get 10% of each hour we charged the client that he works on. Lets say s/he is assigned 8 hours of work for this project. The calculation would be:

10 dollares x 10% = 1$/hr x 8 = 8 $

This profit share is additional to the basic salary that is provided on a monthly basis.
