-Checking for Patients Eligibility and Benefits from insurance companies in the US
-Reading Laboratory results
-Outbound Calls for reminding patients of their appointments.

Skills Required

-Must be a Nursing Graduate
-Licensed Nurse is a plus
-Good Computer skills
-Must have good English Communication skills.
-Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
-Willing to work night shifts
-Willing to Undergo Training
-With or WITHOUT call center experience
-Knowledge of data-driven decision-making tools and their use
-Working knowledge of various reimbursement mechanisms, including third party requirements
-Current working and demonstrated knowledge of various criteria sets
-Working knowledge of case management standards of practice in accordance with practice clinical guidelines
-Possession of critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and present clinical data.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the patient, families, physicians and peers.
-Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer programs.
-Provide respectful, courteous and professional support.
-Ability to make clinical decisions based on safe and effective patient management guidelines
