JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal applicant will have:
*experience as a virtual assistant / admin assistant / personal assistant
*have experience with access to someone else’s calendar, scheduling meeting
*excellent organization, attention to detail, and scheduling skills
*we are located in US pacific time. The ideal applicant will have some overlap with the US California (pacific) time zone so they can schedule, coordinate and plan things in real-time
*be self-sufficient and take ownership. The ideal applicant will take initiative to solve problems.
*other skills and experiences are a plus.
