Experienced VA with Degree holder in Law

Our company wants to develop a tender department. We are now looking for an experienced candidate to ---------- om the middle of June, we will make an intensive training for thirty days in Metro Manila(probably in BGC, Manila).


Responsibilities:
• Analyzing tenders on ---------- and let our company participate
• Pass the critical information to our office in Suzhou to allow them to work on quotation
• Support optimization of bid processes and price guidelines
• Involve in prices and terms negotiation and provide a recommendation report
• Supervise and assist in the proper execution of the internal procurement guidance and policy


Requirements:
• Degree holder in Law or Bachelor of Law
• Familiar with procurement policies, process, procedures, and the application of the internal system
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of the Shipping industry

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level

Trial period: Six months, paid in full

Work location: Is in smart working we provide laptop and cover internet connection cost
