Wordpress MASTER Wanted - Create a User Friendly, Fully Customizable Theme for Wordpress and much more

You MUST be able to create custom complex wordpress *themes, widgets and more. You must be able to customize versions of that same theme many times over.

*This theme will need to be fully customizable even inside wordpress. Examples are that anyone can go into wordpress when this theme is loaded and change the way the blog looks: Navigation can be changes from the top of the page to several other places by just clicking a button, side bars can be added to either side or even removed by a simple click in workpress. We need to be able to add large image easily, or even add all the selected images at one time. Or a lightbox is created easily from the images.

This main theme/plugin must be able to create the most amazing wordpress look and interface that is user friendly for someone that knows nothing about the that sort of stuff.

In down time you will also maintain our blog based websites, help with SEO and SEM of those sites. Training is available here, you only need to be a wordpress expert, we will teach you anything else we need you to do.

Pay is a starting base salary of $300-$400 per month US ...PLUS production bonuses (may be negotiable for the right person though)

13th month pay plus 1 week paid holiday after 6 months

Production bonuses - each client approved wordpress customization you do you will get a bonus of $20
