Construction Takeoff Estimator

This role requires an experience in preparing detailed construction cost estimates and analyzing blueprints and other documents to develop accurate and detailed project estimates using specific procedures. Familiarity with Takeoff & Estimating Software/s such as Stack is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate:
* Strong Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and related construction management software.
* Comprehend & interpret Drawings, Product Literature, Project Scope of Work & Contractual agreements.
* Develops knowledge of Takeoff & Estimating Software.
* Must be self-driven and able to problem solve.
* Thoroughness, reliability, excellent organizational skills, and a desire and ability to work remotely and independently
