JOB OVERVIEW

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as an interface between clients and Web Development Team
- Translate client requirements (communicated in Chinese) to English and coordinate with Web Development team; and response to client in Chinese
- Translate documents, labels, web content etc in Chinese Mandarin and vice versa
- Will function as an interpreter in client meetings
- Other related tasks as deemed necessary

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- Can read, write and speak Chinese Mandarin
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
