Inventory Management/Data Entry/Data analysis

We are a small family owned online retail company in the US.
As our business is growing fast, we are building a team to grow the business efficiently.

We are looking for someone to enter and maintain accuracy of our inventory data, create reports to alert any potential issues in the inventory management flow.

This includes but not limited to the following tasks:
- Forecasting inventory orders (using program), checking any lead time delay issues, reconciling any lost items
- customer order process and on time delivery
- Create data reports

This is a freelance job to start....and, once you prove your skills and accuracy in your work, you will be hired as a full time person.

- Excellent in Excel program
- Quick to learn new software to enter data and create reports
- The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- Problem-solving skills
- A methodical and logical approach
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Clear Written and verbal communication skills
- Humble, honest and trustworthy

Note:
*We use Hubstaff to manage employees' timesheet and productivity.
*Must have a power generator at home in case of power outage.
