JOB OVERVIEW

Stick Shift Driving Academy is looking for a lean recruiting assistant with a hacker’s mindset to attract and screen a high number of job applications for various roles within the company.

About Us
Started in 2017 and we're growing like crazy.
We expect to hire at least 4 salespeople, 3 admins, and 3 marketers in 2021.
Growing FAST - We sold 931 lessons in 2020 and we're on pace to sell 1987 lessons in 2021
A small team of 2 Americans and 4 Filipinos.
We sell manual transmission driving lessons in the United States. Yes, really.
100% inbound leads from Organic Search (SEO). We don't do any outbound cold ---------- competition - in 90% of the markets we serve, we have no competitors. Because of this, our sale is pretty easy to ---------- pensation & Benefits:

Help us recruit 10 workers in 2021
Generate an extremely high number of applications - we’re expecting you to generate a high volume of applications.
Quickly Fill Jobs - Time to placement; we want roles filled within a month of posting the job description.
Quickly Screen Applicants - Efficient screening; screen 90% of applicants via quizzes, questionnaires, and similar tools..

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Create Job Descriptions - Conduct calls with the internal team to get job requirements
Job Promotion - Identify and join a high number of websites, online groups, and forums for posting job ads
Applicant Screening - Create screening quizzes and questionnaires using Google Forms or similar, Screen applicants based on resumes and questionnaire answers., Personally conduct screening interviews
Hire and Manage Virtual Assistant - Utilize services of virtual assistants to scale your efforts (eg: have your VA post jobs on hundreds of job websites, import applications from job websites).
Continuous Process Improvement - Identify problems and opportunities in the process, systems, tools, etc..., Discuss problems with leadership and recommend changes
