Freshdesk SMS Plugin Developer

Looking for frontend developer to build a plugin for Freshdesk platform. You should be familiar with the automation workflow of Freshdesk and the available feature/ function.
The purpose of this plugin is to allow the user to send SMS to from Freshdesk page.

1. Page to configure credential to send SMS (This plugin must be sending SMS via MoceanAPI service.)?
