- A fast paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is growing rapidly across the UK
- Currently operating in 16 major towns and cities in the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests, who are looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
- Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become to very best at what we do
The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping, Maintenance)
- Outbound calls (Callbacks, follow-ups, direct bookings, prospecting)
- Customer service & complaints
- Producing and maintaining Excel Reports
- Guest Management (using our simple drag & drop system)
- Scheduling maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Strong team communication (via Slack & Whatsapp)
- Assistance with Marketing
The right candidate will have a background with:
- Customer Services Experience
- Selling to UK clients
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Excellent written communication (English)
- Excellent verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems
This position will be for 40 hours per week split over 7 days, working hours to be agreed during our office hours of 09:00-:1900 GMT (Weekend and holiday coverage included). You will also receive a generous holiday pay allowance.
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
